Our Guarantee
Pixel Designs provides reliable and high-quality products. We are committed to complete customer satisfaction. If a product is found to be defective we will replace or refund upon inspection of the product. Pixel Designs stands behind our products and will make good on any products proven defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. Pixel Designs liability for any defective product shall not exceed the original purchase price paid. In no event will Pixel Designs be responsible for any incidental or consequential costs associated with the defective product, including but not limited to labor.
Warranty
All products are designed to provide the user with a cost effective and durable product. If a product is found to be defective, we will replace or refund it upon inspection of the product. Warranties do not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
Notice to Purchaser
Information contained on this site is believed to be reliable but neither accuracy nor completeness is guaranteed. Pixel Designs and its vendors' only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proven to be defective. Neither Pixel Designs nor its vendors shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or indirect arising from the use or inability to use the products.
Custom Sales
All custom orders and products (blank, engraved or printed) are final and cannot be returned.
Pixel Designs' only obligation shall be to replace product proven to be defective.
Payment
All Payments are made at the time of purchase.

Return Policy
Pixel Designs stands behind our products and will make good on any products proven defective in materials and workmanship.
Pixel Designs must be notified of damaged orders or discrepancies within 7-days of order receipt. Returns must be made within 2-weeks of receiving authorization to return. All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization Number. Please call to receive this number and authorization. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Custom products cannot be returned.
Accuracy and Retention of Personal Information
We take reasonable and practicable steps to ensure that your personal information held by us (i) is accurate with regard to the purposes for which it is to be used, and (ii) is not kept longer than is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose for which it is to be used, but in no case is data retained longer than 7 years.
Artwork
When artwork is submitted by or on behalf of a Purchaser for production of an order, Pixel Designs assumes that the artwork submitted is in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights of any third party. Notwithstanding any provision in any purchase order, including any integration clause or other disclaimer, by submitting artwork in connection with an order, a Purchaser shall be deemed to have agreed to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pixel Designs from any claim, damages or cost based on any alleged breach of any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right of a third party arising from or related to Pixel Designs’ use of such artwork in connection with such order. When artwork is submitted by or on behalf of a Purchaser, this provision shall be deemed both a separate agreement formed upon the submissions of such artwork (and not superseded by any integration clause in a purchase order) and also a provision that is integrated into and made a part of each purchase order submitted by a Purchaser.
Shipping
We ship via USPS whenever possible, or motor freight when weights warrant it. Overnight and two-day delivery are also possible.
Freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be added to the invoice total.
