Accessibility

We are working to making our website more inclusive, we further enable the transformative power of knowledge in this world. That's why we are committed to working towards improved accessibility.

Pixel Designs' approach

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Teachable is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the platform do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

We understand that accessibility is important, and we are committed to promoting accessibility on our web site. We follow industry standards wherever possible in order to meet that goal. When making updates to our platform, we strive to adopt the specifications established by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Pixel Designs evaluates and improves the accessibility of the platform through user feedback, and self-evaluation methods such as keyboard testing and using automated accessibility tools.

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

Pixel Designs is not compatible with all versions of Internet Explorer, or all browsers. We strive to ensure our customers have the best experience possible taking into the consideration of the device being used.

Measures to support accessibility

We take the following measures to ensure accessibility of our website:

  • Apply accessibility standards into our design and development
  • Respond to and address accessibility feedback as quickly as possible.
  • Involve users with accessibility needs as we can.
