Please send your design in vector file formats such as .ai, .eps, .svg, or high-resolution .pdf files. Ensure that your design is in black and white, with the black areas representing where the laser will engrave. The resolution of raster images (like photographs) should be at least 300 DPI. Our laser engraving machines can accommodate items up to 24 inches by 18 inches in size and up to 8 inches in thickness. If you have a larger or thicker item, please contact us to discuss potential custom solutions.
